Competence Roadmap

1. Build concept

We will focus on expanding our team, defining our goals, and building the infrastructure needed to bring our concept to life. We will work to refine and solidify our concept, ensuring that it is ready for the next phase of development.

2. Launch first Competence

We will create the smart contract that will underpin our platform, design our first Competence and enable for mint. This is a crucial step in bringing our concept to life and making it available for those who believe in the new standard of validation and recognition.

3. Build community

We will focus on creating our first competence community, initiating our community platform, and forming partnerships to expand our community. We aim to build a strong and engaged community that will help drive our platform forward.

4. Create DAO

We will define the goals of our DAO, establish its structure, governance, and treasury, and encode the rules that will govern it. This is an essential step in creating a decentralized and community-driven platform.

5. Launch DAO framework

We will create our governance token, allocate it to members of our community, and communicate and implement it in our community platform. This will give our community members a say in the direction and governance of our platform.

6. Expand the Competences

We will propose the first batch of additional competences, create an admission framework, and make decisions through community-driven decision making.

Phase

Build concept

Get ready to join us on an exciting journey as we build the concept for our revolutionary NFT platform that verifies people’s competences and skills. This phase is all about expanding our team to bring in the best and brightest minds to make our vision a reality.

We’ll be defining our goals and objectives, and building the infrastructure to support our concept. It’s an exciting time as we refine and solidify our concept, making sure it’s ready to take the world by storm.

We are constantly looking for talented individuals to join our team and help bring our vision to life. Whether you’re a developer, designer, or marketer, we want to hear from you!

Our team will work together to define clear and measurable goals for the project. This will ensure that everyone is working towards the same objective and that we can track our progress along the way.

We’ll be putting in place all the necessary infrastructure to support the project, including technical infrastructure, marketing, and communication channels.

We’ll be using feedback from our team and early adopters to refine the concept and make sure it meets the needs of our users.

Phase

Launch first competence

In this phase, we will create the smart contract that will underpin our platform and establish the foundation for our NFTs. We will also design our first competence NFT, which will serve as the proof of competence for the skills and abilities that our users want to verify. Once the smart contract is deployed, we will mint the NFTs, making them available for use on the platform. This is a crucial step in bringing our concept to life and making it available to users.

We’ll be creating a smart contract that will be the backbone of our Competence platform. This contract will ensure that all activities are secure and transparent.

We’ll be working on designing the first and only limited Competence. The NFT Collector competence is for those who believe in our mission and want to disrupt the market together. These people will get a percentage of the total Competence ecosystem. We’ll be working hard to make it as visually appealing and user-friendly for all platforms.

Once the smart contract and NFT design are ready, we’ll be deploying the contract and setup the mint for the NFT Collector Competence.

The mint will only be available to a select group who meet various conditions or who have committed themselves to the project. No whitelist strategy where fake intentions and fake interactions will be stimulated. Mint date will be announced soon!

Build community

This is where the magic happens! In this phase, we’ll be creating our first competence community and engaging with our users. We’ll be initiating our community platform, which will be the hub for communication and collaboration among our users. We’ll also be forming partnerships to expand our community and bring in new users.

Imagine being a part of a community where you can share your skills, learn from others, and collaborate to achieve your goals. Together, we’ll build a strong and engaged community that will help drive our platform forward.

We’ll be working to build a community of users around the first Competence. This community will be a place where users can share knowledge to evolve the project, ask questions, and connect with others who share their interests.

We’ll be setting up a platform for the community to connect and interact with each other. This platform will be a vital tool for building a strong and engaged community.

We’ll be working to form partnerships with other projects, platforms and organizations in order to expand our reach and bring more users into the community.

We’ll be actively working to grow our community, bringing in new users and engaging with existing ones.

Phase

Create DAO

In this phase, we’ll be taking our platform to the next level by creating a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that will govern our platform. The DAO will be responsible for the overall direction and governance of the platform, which will be voted on by the community members. This means that our users will have a say in the direction and governance of our platform, making it truly community-driven.

We’ll be working with our community to define the goals of the DAO, which will govern the NFT competence platform.

With a solid structure in place, we can ensure that the DAO runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the goals and values.

We’ll be putting in place the necessary structure, governance, and treasury mechanisms to ensure the DAO is able to function effectively.

We’ll be encoding the rules and regulations of the DAO into smart contract, to ensure that the community can govern itself in a decentralized and transparent way.

Phase

Launch DAO Framework

In this phase, we will create our governance token, allocate it to members of our community, and communicate and implement it in our community platform. This will give our community members a say in the direction and governance of our platform. This will help the community to have more ownership and control over the platform and decision making.

We’ll be creating a governance token that will be used to vote on proposals and make decisions within the DAO.

We’ll be allocating the governance token to community members and early adopters, giving them a say in the future direction of the project. The governance tokens of the Competence project will be distributed to the NFT Collector Competence Holders. The governance tokens per community are distributed among those who possesses the specific Competence.

We’ll be communicating the launch of the DAO framework to the community and working to integrate it into the community platform.

Our goal is to create a community platform that is easy to use, engaging, and empowering, so that everyone can be a part of our project and help shape its future.

Phase

Create additional Competences

In this phase, we’ll be proposing the first batch of additional competences and creating an admission framework for new ones to be included. We’ll also be using community-driven decision making to approve new competences, which will help ensure that they align with the needs and interests of our users.

As part of this phase, we’ll also be actively seeking out opportunities for disruptive innovation to continuously improve the platform. Imagine having the ability to propose and vote for new competences, shaping the future of our platform!

We’ll be working with our community to identify potential new competences that can be added to the platform.

We’ll be creating a framework that allows community members to propose new competences and evaluate their potential.

We’ll be making decisions on community feedback and input. For example the decisions on which new competences to add to the platform, with the goal of constantly disrupting and improving the platform.
